You are doing an amazing job in the field! So far this year, more families have attended FPU in churches than in the first year of the Church department's existence!!! This would not have been possible without you. We are receiving amazing reports back from our coordinators of people getting out of debt, marriages being healed, increased giving at church as people find financial peace. Check out these stats from Southside Fellowship in South Carolina:

Stats since beginning FPU in May 2003:
• 101 families have attended so far
• $34,701,878 in credit refused
• $3,322,789 debt load not including the house ($32,899 per family)
• $188,599 put into savings ($1,867 per family)
• $574,322 debt paid off ($5,686 per family)

This is absolutely amazing! This is just a small representation of the 10,000 lives that have already been changed this year by FPU. You are transforming the way America handles money.

Last year, 2000 churches used FPU to help families rid themselves of $200,000,000.00 of debt and save $100,000,000.00! Help your congregation do some financial spring cleaning by starting a spring FPU class!

People's financial problems don't go away because it starts getting warmer outside. Debts keep mounting, family arguments about money keep happening, bill collectors keep calling.

True, your class will spill into the summer season when families take vacations. But do they go for 13 weeks? At most they go away for a week or two and it's easy to catch up any missed FPU classes as the audio of the class videos are included in the membership kits.

• A Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon class works 12 months a year.
• Have themes for each week to keep it interesting.
• Offer "make up video viewing" one hour before class each week.

Turn your FPU Preview/Orientation into a party! If you have a fun FPU preview session, you'll have an excellent turn out for class. To kick off your spring class, hold an FPU Preview Reunion. Invite all your FPU graduates to the preview and make it a potluck! Let your church know about the event, and ask your graduates to bring a friend who's never been through FPU. Share success stories and show the orientation video. It's a great way to introduce new people to FPU and kick off a great Spring class. As you wrap up your FPU class, it's important to have everyone fill out the required paperwork. We are constantly monitoring the results and by sending in the paperwork, you help us keep FPU fresh and life-changing.

What information do we need?
1. The Testimonial Surveys found in the Church Membership Workbooks
2. Pages 3-6 of the Coordinator Guide
3. Copies of the Financial Snapshot for each family in your class. We only need this at the end of class now, not periodically during the class.
